This is the latest, 2007, edition of the Nutrient Requirements volume covering goats. It is the most present authoritative text on the subject, expensive to buy, but available through local libraries.

Nutrient Requirements of Goats: Angora, Dairy, and Meat Goats in Temperate and Tropical Countries

This is an earlier, 1981, edition of Nutrient Requirements. Much of the data has since been updated, but this edition still has a lot of value and is available online for free.
